1、What is the time limit for return and replace?

If a defect occurs, we will either: send you a new unit, repair your unit or refund your purchase price based upon our availability. Please kindly contact us for a return authorization and then return the defective unit to us within 10 calendar days after reporting the defect.

If you need a refund after the return is received and confirmed, the Company will handle the refund for you within one week according to your payment method: With online payment, the payment will be returned to the online payment account you paid at that time. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the Item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
